Lavender essential oil is crafted through the distillation of dried flowers from the exquisite Lavender plant. Renowned for its incredible health properties, it concurrently imparts a sense of tranquility and relaxation to the mind. Ideal for addressing minor skin irritations, it can also be ingested internally to promote restful sleep.
With a history spanning thousands of years, Lavender Essential Oil has proven efficacy in inducing relaxation, particularly for the mind and alleviating nervous tension. Its sedative and antidepressant qualities are attributed to its impact on the limbic system, the emotional control center of our brain, rendering it a widely favored oil.
This versatile oil not only alleviates worry, aids in insomnia, and reduces disruptive energies affecting empaths, but it also effectively calms both the body and mind while purifying the air of negativity.
Personally, I find Lavender complements the act of burning sage and smudging my home.
Lavender Essential Oil exhibits a range of benefits including antiseptic, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. Additionally, it aids in reducing blood fat/cholesterol, treating respiratory infections, managing high blood pressure, and addressing various skin conditions such as acne, eczema, scarring, burns, and even hair loss.
Beyond its therapeutic advantages, the captivating fragrance of Lavender, like many essential oils, adds to its allure. Incorporate it into your routine by diffusing it multiple times a day or applying a few drops directly to the skin, without the need for dilution unless you have particularly sensitive skin.
