Heart Chakra

(Please see the earlier post titled "The Basics of Chakras" for a basic understanding of the Chakra system)

Located in the center of the chest - the Heart Chakra is where we begin to understand our EGO once we find balance in our personal power from the Solar Plexus Chakra. The Heart Chakra is where we find emotional fulfillment. Putting everything together we've learned in the lower Chakras thus far, we can now put value to them. Direction is found and we can now follow our heart.

Simply put, the Heart Chakra is the gateway from the bottom three chakras which deal with individual energies to the top three chakras that deal with the collective aspects of the self and to the universe. Unconditional pure love, both personal and non personal from all the way within for all people and all beings, is the key to opening up the heart chakra. Please read that again!

This chakra is easily blocked by history and fear of those who have hurt our hearts. Sometimes, a lot of work needs to be done to lower the walls around this chakra that we've built, so we can continue to move the energy through the Kundalini energy from the lower chakra’s to the upper chakras for our connection with spirit!

Suggested Meditation:

• Shine a greenlight in the room if you have one

• Play 639 hz Solfeggio music (easy Youtube search)

• Focus on green light from the divine pouring into your soul through your head and down through your Chakras, reaching down to the center of the Earth and back up to the Heart Chakra.

• Chakra's spin so you want to visualize it spinning out and away from you, like the shape of a funnel or a cone with the open side away from you.

• Use any and all of the afore mentioned items to assist you in your meditation.

• Focus on any of the Heart and emotional ideas areas you would like to work on. Love fully!
